User Validation

User Interview Questions

  • How do you currently handle [problem]?

  • What's frustrating about your current approach?

  • How often does this problem occur?

  • What would a solution look like to you?

  • Would you pay for a solution?

Problem Worthiness Assessment

  • Frequency: How often does this occur?

  • Severity: How painful is it when it happens?

  • Urgency: How important is solving it now?

  • Willingness to Pay: Would users pay for a solution?
